This is the Accounting Procedures Manual published for the NCCCS.
This manual is used to ensure college financial records are in compliance with
general accepted accounting standards and practices.
The manual is divided into six sections which can be accessed by clicking on the section title listed below.
The sections are in portable document format (*.pdf) and can be accessed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (TM). The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is distributed cost free by Adobe and can be downloaded from their web site.
