VLC courses are the property of the North Carolina Community College System and may only be used without charge, in whole or in part by instructors of the NCCCS for courses offered by North Carolina Community Colleges.
If you meet those conditions and would like to use a course, contact your local Blackboard server administrator or distance learning administrator if you would like them to download a course to your local Blackboard server.
If you are a Blackboard server administrator or distance learning administrator, you may download a course from the archive at VLC Download. The archive requires a username and password, which can be obtained by contacting davisk@nccommunitycolleges.edu.
