Meeting Notice: Community College System Presidential Search Committee
The Presidential Search Committee of the State Board of Community Colleges met Monday, April 30 at the Caswell Building in Raleigh to review proposals from search consultants.
The committee has scheduled its next meeting for Thursday, May 17 at 11:15 a.m. in Room 201-A of the Caswell Building at 200 West Jones Street in downtown Raleigh. The committee plans to report to the State Board during the board's regular meeting on Friday morning, May 18. The board meeting starts at 9 a.m. Herbert Watkins of Richfield chairs the Presidential Search Committee. Other committee members are:
Richard Sullins, executive director of the State Board, and David Sullivan, assistant to the president for legal affairs, are staff support. Meetings of the State Board and of the Presidential Search Committee are open meetings under the guidelines of the Open Meetings Law.
