It is the intent of the State Board of Community Colleges to make a selection of a new System President by the end of the calendar year. Advertisements for the position will be placed in The Chronicle of Higher Education and other national publications in early August. As noted above, applications received after September 14, 2007 are not guaranteed a review. Applications will be reviewed in early October, with interviews by the Search Committee and the State Board in late-October and November.
