 12.   Colleague does not recognize this new program code, or program title?   How do I add the program code/title so that I can build the program of study (POS) in Colleague?   What actions do I take after the State Board has approved a new program?  
How do I add the the department code, Major code, CIP code, and Prefix in Colleague?
