What are the steps involved in assigning and receiving "O" status?

System Office
staff will run a process to change a group of selected courses' status to
"O". This process will upload the courses to each community
college's queue to await download. |

staff will send an email to the CC CIS CU PROGRAMS list about the
courses and will attach a list of the courses that was given "O" status.

Community
College staff will run XUIC to download the courses. |

College staff should verify they the
download was successful and that they received "O" status. A quick and reliable way for Community College staff to verify that they received "O" status on the courses is to run a query which displays the current status and current status date of either all curriculum courses in their local library, or just the courses with "O" status. |
