The Purpose of the Spreadsheet
IIPS and Colleague identify curriculum courses differently.
In IIPS, the course's name (MAT-151) plus the effective term (2007*03) uniquely identifies a course.
In Colleague, the S number uniquely identifies a course; Colleague does not have effective term field for courses.
The purpose of this spreadsheet is to provide college end users with a tool that links a curriculum course's effective term (IIPS) with its corresponding s number (Colleague).
