The average salaries are reported by the Primary Area of Responsibility for each employee. The Primary Area of Responsibility categories are a state-level identification system and do not depict job titles at the individual community colleges.
The salaries are statistical averages of those faculty and staff employed as of October 1 of the year indicated in the report. The average salaries are not an indication of the salary an individual will make at a specific community college. Most colleges determine salaries based on their salary administration plans.
