The Minority Male Mentoring Programs are designed to increase the educational success of minority males in the North Carolina community colleges. Our success is measured through student retention and graduation rates of participants. The program offers activities, leadership opportunities, and experiences that promote the development of personal, professional, and academic skills. We invite you to learn more about us.

By focusing on academic and non-academic factors the Program seeks to increase success by addressing: peer pressure, low self-esteem, student campus involvement, identifying financial hardships, transition from developmental courses to curriculum courses, and student-faculty-staff communication.
