Raleigh: The Finance and Capital Needs Committee of the State Board of Community Colleges will hold a called meeting on Thursday, October 4, 2001. The meeting will be conducted as a conference call and begins at 9:00 AM with some committee members and North Carolina Community College System Office staff participating from room 201-A in the Caswell Building.

The committee, chaired by Herbert L. Watkins of Charlotte, will address 2001-2002 Budget Allocations and prepare a report for the entire State Board to review on October 19 at its regularly scheduled meeting.
