RE: Announcement from the Joint Committee of the State Board of Community Colleges and the Blue Ridge Community College Trustees
DATE: July 18, 2006
The joint committee comprised of members of the State Board of Community Colleges and Trustees of Blue Ridge Community College has agreed on a framework to resume the committee's work. The State Board representative, Dr. Marvin Joyner and Dean Frank Byrd of Blue Ridge Community College will work jointly to resolve additional issues and report back to the full committee.
Any final recommendations will be made by the joint committee after it receives the report.
There will be no further announcements or comments on the issue until the joint committee has concluded its work.
