20.  I have imported courses, but when I search for courses in CRSE by course prefix and number,  the courses do not display. 

The reason why the courses do not display is because the prefix (subject)  has not been added to your database.  Use the instructions in the job aid titled New Prefix adding DEPT and SUBJ to add the prefix (subject).
