Action Items for curriculum data management staff at the community colleges following System Office corrections and edits to curriculum courses  

  1. Run XUIC to download the courses into your local library.

  2. Check the downloaded course to ensure that the course has:

  3. If the course status is incorrect, then please send an email to CIS HELP DESK to request that we send the correct course status.

    a.  Click here to launch an email to the CIS HELP DESK.

    b.  Copy the course information from the S Numbered Linked to Corresponding Effective Term for Curriculum Courses spreadsheet and paste it into the email body and indicate which status is being requested.

  4. If sections for upcoming terms were built on any of the downloaded courses while the course was in X status or locally-assigned AB status, then please review the course because local course data may have been overwritten during the XUIC process.
