Welcome to the website for the Minority Male Success Initiative Conference. The conference committee has been working hard to design a conference that offers something for faculty, staff, and students. In addition to outstanding speakers, the conference will highlight promising practices and models that have been instrumental in helping prepare our minority males for success in postsecondary education or successful entry into the workplace. The overall focus of the conference is to engage public and private sectors to work together better in developing support systems on the state and community levels.

The conference is designed for students, educators, and others who are responsible for developing interventions and programs to enhance the advancement and success of minority males in post-secondary education and in our communities.
