REQUIREMENTS: Education/Skills Required: Master’s Degree in Accounting or Master’s Degree in Business Field with 18 graduate hours in accounting. Good human relations skills. Good communication skills. Preferred: Bilingual; Career Readiness certificate Experience Required: Some related work experience in accounting Preferred: Considerable related work experience in accounting. Some experience in teaching at the college level. Position Description
HIRING SALARY RANGE
MINIMUM HOURLY RATE: $31.24
MAXIMUM HOURLY RATE: Depends on qualifications

The primary work of this position is providing instruction for students in assigned classes in Accounting. Instructors conduct necessary research to plan, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate assigned instructional courses/programs; evaluate student performance; and serve as academic advisors to students as defined by college guidelines. Instructors are also responsible for maintaining records and submitting reports on a timely basis. The work is performed under the supervision of the Vocational-Technical Department Head. Some evening work may be required.
