Minimum Qualifications
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited college/university.
Experience Required
- Three years of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases.
- Experience with an educationally based relational database system (i.e. Colleague, Banner, etc.)
- Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, specifically with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
- Experience developing workflows and written procedures for complex processes.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher from an institutionally accredited college/university
Experience Preferred
- Greater than three years of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases.
- Experience with contract preparation and generation.
- Experience with human resource law and regulation.

Under the direction of the Director of Instructional Support Services and Special Projects, the Faculty Workload Analyst evaluates, processes, and analyzes full and part-time curriculum and continuing education faculty workload records to ensure compliance with college, state, and federal requirements related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The duties of this position include: providing administrative leadership and technical support to all instructional areas related to faculty workload, developing, communicating and updating college-wide procedures, training faculty and staff, creating and producing reports, and researching and interpreting updates to ACA laws and regulations. The incumbent must be able to analyze information from a wide variety of sources to serve these various constituents. Other related duties include coordinating with the offices of scheduling, human resources, and financial services to ensure accurate documentation for benefits determinations.
