Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree and one year of higher education or office administration experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience working in a registration and/or records department in a higher education environment.

• Strong computer skills with experience in Ellucian Colleague/Banner software.

• Supervisory experience

Position Description

The Associate Registrar for CCR/High School Programs provides school operations support and expertise to all internal and external customers for all College and Career Readiness, Middle College, and other College high school programs. This position will promote student success and provide services that support the vision, mission, and goals of the College.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborates with College Navigators, Advisors, and Career and College Promise staff to troubleshoot enrollment challenges for High School program students.

2. Assists high school program students and faculty with registration.

3. Processes and updates Middle College student records to ensure a smooth registration each term.

4. Supports the Executive Director, Senior Registrar and the Registrar for Graduation and Completion, as needed.

5. Ensures beyond exceptional customer service is provided to all stakeholders within the College.

6. Collaborates with the Student Information Systems Coordinator to coordinate updates and modifications to the student information system related to registration and academic records of high school program students.

7. Adapts to changes in existing procedures as needed to meet operational or organizational goals.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.
