Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. U.S. citizenship or residency is required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in MS Office and the capacity to quickly learn new software are required. A valid North Carolina Driver’s License and a clean driving record that meets the requirements for insurability under WCC’s auto insurance policy are required. If not already certified, candidates must obtain and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate good moral character and temperate habits. Experience is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, as well as a National Career Readiness Certificate, are preferred.
Position Description
The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain our existing campus population focus on a safe environment and enforce campus policy for the safety and security of the main campus and college property.
