Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or commensurate experience is required.
Two years of CRM experience required.
Proven experience as a CRM Administrator with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Element451, or similar CRM software.

Position Description
Essential Duties—Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide timely communication to faculty, staff, and students by providing regular updates, responding promptly to inquiries to foster a collaborative and informed community.
- Responsible for scaling CRM mitigation to faculty and staff that fully deploys CRM availability tools to improve communications across campus.
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on CRM functionalities, best practices, and new features, ensuring effective usage across the College.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the CRM system, including data entry, updates, and quality assurance processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to analyze user engagement, student interactions, and other key metrics, using insights to inform strategic decisions for the College.
- Work with the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Associate Vice President for Student Services to develop, report, and monitor by performance indicators for CRM use.
- Create reports for users, create/implement communications and workflows, develop/support campaign strategies and plans for marketing outreach.
- Work closely with various departments such as Admissions, Advising, Student Success, Marketing and Public Relations,) to identify CRM needs and implement solutions that support departmental goals.
- Continuously assess and improve CRM workflows and processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT (Technology Services) and external vendors to recommend and implement system upgrades and new features based on user feedback and emerging best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and College policies regarding data handling and user access.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
