Education Required
Bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited college/university
Experience Required
- Two years of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases
- Experience with an educationally based relational database system (i.e., Colleague, Banner, etc.)
- Experience with software applications such as MS Office, specifically Access and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Education Preferred
- Master’s degree from an institutionally accredited college/university
Experience Preferred
- Two years of experience in a College or University setting in Student Records/Registrar, Institutional Research, or Information Technology.
- Five years or more of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases
- Experience with reporting and analytics software such as Entrinsik Informer
- Experience developing workflows and written procedures for complex processes
- Proficiency/fluency in Spanish

Under the direction of the Registrar, the Enrollment Data Specialist evaluates, processes, and analyzes student enrollment data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all legal guidelines and in accordance with best practices as determined by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) to support the enrollment and retention goals of the College.
