Position Description
| Job Description |
South Piedmont Community College is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Part-Time Esports Coach to lead the growth and development of the College’s newly established Esports program. In coordination with the Director of Student Life, Engagement and Leadership, this position is responsible for managing daily Esports operations, supporting recruitment and team development, overseeing intramural play, and serving as the advisor to the Esports Club. In addition to coaching responsibilities, this role will support Student Life marketing and communications to strengthen outreach, improve internal processes, and ensure consistent, professional messaging across campus platforms. This position requires evening and occasional weekend availability.
