Minimum Qualifications
· Master’s Degree from an accredited institution
· 3+ years of experience directing college or career readiness programs such as Adult Basic Education (ABE) program, English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, and Adult High School programs, in a college or university setting.
· Experience supervising large teams
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience implementing and administering new educational programs and initiatives in a community college setting
· Experience supervising large teams of 30 or more in a multi-site setting.
· Experience managing grant budgets; experience writing and/or managing grants.
