Minimum Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field;
2. Five years of full-time or equivalent Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or Public Administration work experience; 3. Three years of full-time or equivalent administration supervisory experience. |

Preferred Qualifications
1. Professional certification by the Society for Human Resource Management.
2. Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or Public Administration work experience at an organization with at least 500 employees.
3. Experience with an integrated computerized personnel system.
4. Experience with Title IX or similar case management and compliance.
5. Experience with employment law specific to higher education in North Carolina.
6. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
