The Finance & Auxiliary Services Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position located onsite primarily on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe, NC with expected travel between Union and Anson counties as needed. This role will be primarily located at the LL Polk Campus in Polkton, NC during the three-month probationary period.
The Coordinator will be responsible for preparing funding requests, invoices, and grant-related financial reports. Key capacities include having strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills, knowledge of business office procedures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role will also schedule Union County salons and office spaces for rent requiring the initiative to research and provide quality answers to client questions in a timely manner.

Job Duties |
· Prepare funding requests.
· Prepare and submit non-student related Accounts Receivable invoices.
· Work with program side of grants and prepare grant-related financial reports.
· Oversee risk management/insurance to include general liability, property, vehicle, student insurances, and other forms of insurance as required.
· Responsible for obtaining tags, titles, and insurance for College vehicles.
· Conduct outcome audits and assessments for the Business Office and post to Taskstream.
· Responsible for meeting with the public and scheduling Union County salons and office spaces for rent.
· Coordinate space rentals with catering services as necessary.
· Responsible for researching and ensuring rental rates are appropriate.
· Other duties as assigned.
