Full-Time Permanent Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications
Must possess two-years of HVAC experience, and have EPA certification. High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Must possess a valid NC Drivers’ License.

Description
Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities.

Perform HVAC and electrical repairs, as needed. Mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate. Perform, operate minor equipment: saws, drills, grinders, etc. Inspect buildings and mechanical room equipment for needed repairs and maintenance.

Standard Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $2,650.00 per month.
