Position Description
The Administrative Support, Student Support Services (SSS) is a grant-funded position
responsible for providing general office support and assistance for the Student Support Services
Office. The position serves as program receptionist, office technology/equipment specialist, and
program records manager. Some evening and weekend hours are required for this position as
well as occasional travel
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Required:
● Associate Degree, from an accredited institution,
● Two years of clerical experience or equivalent training
Preferred:
● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, in office systems technology, business
information systems, communications or related field
● Experience working in a college setting
● Experience working with federal grant programs
● Experience working with individuals who are low-income and/or first-generation.
● Fluency in Spanish
● Experience with Blumen database
