Job Duties

- Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and student progress.
- Design and initiate individualized plans for students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, with the use of technology, to meet the needs of students.
- Teach a variety of content areas.
- Operate computers, printers and audiovisual equipment.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Evaluate test scores of students and prescribe a course of study that places student in appropriate materials based on test scores.
- Establish and maintain rapport with students of varying backgrounds.
- Establish and maintain rapport with community partner site personnel.
Perform other related duties as incidental to the work described herein. Able to teach reading, writing and math to students of various levels.
