Position Description
Primary Purpose of Position
Serve as Administrative Assistant for Law Enforcement Training Programs.
- Provide information to general public, staff, and students
- Work with computer programs and software
- Perform data entry within the College Database and ACADIS for classes and student enrollment
- Create instructor evaluation records.
- Assist staff, instructors and students with records, paperwork, equipment, and other projects when needed
- Maintain student certification records, pre-registration records, and all other records as directed by the Coordinator of Law Enforcement Programs
- Provide tests and lab exercises for classes that require them, (proctor test as needed) and make certificates for completed classes
- Maintain all online course records for Law Enforcement
- Responds to scheduled and unscheduled audits and inspections by state agencies.
- Assists with setting up computer-based exams.
