Minimum Qualifications

Education Required

An Associate’s degree from an institutionally accredited college/university is required and should be in a field related to customer service, communication, psychology, sociology, office administration or other similar fields.

Experience Required

Demonstrated recent progressively responsible experience providing administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications

Education Preferred

A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution is preferred and should be in a field related to customer service, communication, psychology, sociology, office administration or other similar fields.

Experience Preferred

Experience working with students in a higher education setting, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and students with learning challenges

The jobholder is responsible for assisting and supporting all of the activities of the Assessment Center. These activities include but are not limited to: administering placement testing of incoming students, proctoring make-up testing for instructors, planning of testing needs for each type of test administered within the Assessment Center, coordinating with personnel in other departments for additional testing needs, and proctoring of tests for students from other institutions, facilitating third-party testing (Pearson Vue, Workkeys, Prov, etc…), and other duties as assigned.
