The Annual Fall North Carolina Community College Transfer Tour

The transfer tour has a long tradition of connecting our transfer students with public and private senior colleges and universities. From mid-October through early December, participating community colleges are assigned a date and time to arrange their unique on-campus transfer fair event. Senior institutional admissions representatives can stop in at these events to meet transfer students and share vital information about their major programs and important transfer admissions requirements and deadlines. This has proven to be a very beneficial collaboration, often serving as the single annual opportunity for students to engage with the senior institutions they may be interested in attending following their experience with the community college. 

 

An Important Request for Visiting Senior Admissions/Transfer Representatives

No later than Friday, Aug. 31, please confirm your planned attendance with each participating NC community college whose scheduled event your institution DOES plan to attend. We encourage visiting as many as possible, as this is often the single chance our students have the opportunity to speak directly with your institution. As usual, the representatives from some community colleges may personally invite your institution to their planned events on the tour.
