Access training and support materials including documents, knowledge articles, and recorded training sessions for the College Information System (CIS) via the ServiceNow Service Portal.
In order to access the Service Portal, you MUST be a registered user. If you are not already a registered Service Portal user, please use the link below to create a ServiceNow account to access CIS Documentation.
Click on Self-Registration and complete the User Registration Request form. Registrations are typically approved within 1 business day after submission.
Once you log in to the Service Portal, select Knowledge Base to access support materials.
