The Customized Training year-end trainee report data is submitted annually by each of the 58 community colleges' Customized Training Directors. Depending upon the program component within the Economic Development division, data is submitted via e-mail to the System Office or entered and approved within the Colleague system.

How the Information is used: Upon receipt of the year-end project trainee data at the System Office, it is used to develop the Customized Training Program Annaul Expenditures Report, which is submitted to the State Board of Community Colleges for approval at its August meeting. Following approval, the annual report is submitted to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee by September 1.
