How the Information is Used:  Upon receipt of the year-end project trainee data at the System Office, it is then used to develop the Customized Training Program Annual Expenditures Report, which is submitted to the State Board of Community Colleges at its August meeting.  Following the State Board meeting, the annual report is submitted to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee by September 1, as required by law.
