In pursuit of advanced academic training for better career opportunities, Robin Novak enrolled in the Computer Information Technology program at Bladen Community College. A veteran of the United States Army, Ms. Novak suffers from Cervical Dystonia. However, she refuses to allow her medical diagnosis to hinder or deter her from her goals and aspirations. 

While at Bladen Community College, Ms. Novak has excelled academically and is viewed as a pillar among her cohorts. Ms. Novak's involvement in student activities is to be commended. Ms. Novak works at the Learning Enhancement Center tutoring other students through the Upswing Program. She is an active member of Phi Theta Kappa, Sigma Kappa Delta and Bladen Community College Ambassadors, and currently has a 4.0 GPA.

Ms. Novak has a strong desire to encourage her peers and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
