As a reminder, the new course materials are at the following links. If you do not have the 2023 test at your college you need to email me who will be responsible and should get these tests.

The NCDMV License and Theft Bureau has sent us NEW course materials for the AUT3129 Auto Safety and OBD Emissions certification training course. The new course materials should be used immediately. The 2023 Auto Safety and OBD Emissions course materials have been posted to the VLC at the links below. These can also be found on the VLC Website/OpenNCCC and searched by name, topic, or keyword. As a reminder, the course materials should not be revised.
