The 10th Annual National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) will take place from November 17 to 23.”
NAW is a national celebration in which employers, industry representatives, labor organizations, community organizations, workforce partners, educational institutions, and federal, state, and local government agencies organize events to showcase the successes and value of Registered Apprenticeship in strengthening our economy by developing a highly skilled workforce that meets industry needs, creating pathways for job seekers to advance to good jobs, and promoting racial and gender equity. NAW provides Registered Apprenticeship sponsors with the opportunity to showcase their programs, facilities, and apprentices in their community.
In addition, NAW is the ideal platform to demonstrate the unifying power of the ApprenticeshipUSA ecosystem through examples of partnership and collaboration among the partners of the National Registered Apprenticeship system, including employers, apprentices and graduates, community organizations, education and training providers, federal partners, industry associations, intermediaries, unions, State Apprenticeship Agencies, sponsors and contractors of apprenticeships, Apprenticeship Ambassadors, and U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeship staff.
