2nd Annual Registered Apprenticeship Expo

Connect with North Carolina’s future workforce at the N.C. State Fair Registered Apprenticeship Expo!

This event brings Registered Apprenticeship Program sponsors and employers together to promote Registered Apprenticeship opportunities directly to career seekers from across the state.

Reserve a table to showcase your programs and engage with potential apprentices. Registration is free, and ApprenticeshipNC will provide entry tickets and off-site parking passes for registered participants.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect and highlight your role in building North Carolina’s skilled workforce at one of the state’s largest events.

Expo Information:

• DATE: Friday, October 23, 2026
• TIME: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• LOCATION: N.C. State Fair, behind the Jim Graham Building off Hillsborough Street

Registration Information:

• Expo registration opens at 12:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026, and closes at 11:59 p.m. on September 4, 2026.
• Participation is limited to Registered Apprenticeship program sponsors, employers, and group programs or consortia recognized by ApprenticeshipNC.
• Participants are limited to one table per organization.
• Organizations can send up to two individuals to represent them at the expo.
• Expo is limited to 20 participating organizations.
• After participation is confirmed, ApprenticeshipNC will mail the participating organization fair tickets, parking passes, and day-of instructions.

Due to entry deadline extensions by committees, some participants, contributors, and/or sponsors may not be listed in the printed program. These individuals and organizations will be acknowledged in the digital program. Updates to any Registered Apprenticeship event will be posted at www.apprenticeshipnc.com/events.
