The Annual Reporting Plan (ARP) is a schedule of due dates for reports and data files required from North Carolina’s community colleges to be in compliance with federal, state, State Board of Community Colleges and other agency required reports.
Colleges designate one (or more) individuals as data stewards. These individuals are staff (typically IE/IR Directors) who are responsible for data access, reporting and policy implementation issues. They serve as data coordinators for the System Office, governing college users' access to System Office data and reports; and ensuring that colleges comply with requirements of the Annual Reporting Plan.
