SUBJECT: Amendment of 1G SBCCC 200.95– Limitations in Reporting Student Membership Hours

 

On January 21, 2022, the State Board of Community Colleges voted to amend 1G SBCCC 200.95
Limitations in Reporting Student Membership Hours. This rule sets forth the requirements
related to reporting student hours for budget/full-time equivalent (FTE) purposes. The
amendment makes clarifying and conforming changes to subsections (b) and (c) of the rule on
reporting FTE hours related to work-based learning (WBL).

 

The adoption will be effective February 1, 2022. The new title will be published on the NC
Community College System’s website, www.nccommunitycolleges.edu/sbcccode. For your
convenience, a copy of the rule in its final form is attached to this memorandum.
