Greensboro mayor issues proclamation in honor of National Apprenticeship Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Mayor Nancy Vaughan has issued a proclamation in observance of National Apprenticeship Week, which is Nov. 8-14.

“Greensboro recognizes that robust Apprenticeship Programs provide tangible value to both job creators and apprentices, with the potential to increase productivity, improve diversity and inclusion, and reduce recruitment and t raining costs while providing a pathway to prosperous careers for job seekers,” the proclamation reads.
