System Office closed because of power outage

RALEIGH – A power outage caused the closure Feb. 1 of the NC Community College System Office at 200 W. Jones St.

The cause of the outage appears to be water-related and connected to renovation work occurring at the building.

The situation is still being assessed to determine how long the building will be closed. Employees have been instructed to follow the System Office’s teleworking policy.
