Jeff Smith talks with NC Community College System President Scott Ralls. Dr. Ralls is leaving the system to become president of Northern Virginia Community College in early September. He has been in charge of the 58-school system since May 2008. Before that, he served as President of Craven Community College, & VP for Economic & Workforce development for the NC Community College System.
