Career & College Promise (CCP), North Carolina’s dual enrollment program for high school students is offered across the NC Community College System (as well as at approved Cooperative Innovative High Schools). CCP offers qualified high-school-age students the opportunity to get started on their workplace or college preparation while in high school. The program is tuition free to eligible students.
