State Board of Proprietary Schools meeting rescheduled from February 2 to February 7

RALEIGH – Due to a power outage at the NC Community Colleges System Office, the State Board of Proprietary Schools meeting has been moved from Friday, Feb. 2 to Wednesday, February 7 at 10 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at the North Carolina Department of Enviromental Quality, 217 W. Jones St., room 1107.

 

Proprietary schools are for-profit businesses that provide vocational education and training. Under Article 8, Chapter 115D of the North Carolina General Statutes, the State Board of Community Colleges, acting by and through the State Board of Proprietary Schools, licenses proprietary schools in North Carolina.
