About
Mark Merritt is an experienced attorney with a deep background in higher education. He served as Vice Chancellor and General Counsel at UNC-Chapel Hill from September 2016 through December 2018. Much of his law practice involves the representation of colleges and universities. As a first-generation college student, he knows the power of education and is focused on providing educational opportunities to all North Carolinians.
