
Stacy Griffin is a human resources executive and consultant with more than 30 years of experience leading HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning in both the public and private sectors.
A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Griffin completed her full-time career serving Randolph County and the City of Asheboro. She currently provides HR consulting to clients across the Piedmont-Triad region, advising on talent strategy and organizational performance.
Griffin holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill and a certificate in Organization Development from UNC Charlotte. She has served on multiple boards, including the Randolph County Partnership for Children, the Randolph-Asheboro YMCA, the Randolph County Public Library Foundation, and Uwharrie Charter Academy. She brings to the Board expertise in workforce strategy and talent development directly aligned with the System’s mission.
