Workforce Continuing Education Allied Health Instructor

• Current unrestricted license, certification, or credential in the applicable healthcare field.
• Minimum of two years of recent occupational experience in the applicable healthcare specialty.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders. 

• Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related discipline preferred; educational requirements may vary based on program and state regulations.
• Previous teaching, training, precepting, or instructional experience preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

 The Part-Time Workforce Continuing Education Allied Health Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction, supervision, and evaluation of students enrolled in Workforce Continuing Education Allied Health programs. Instruction may be provided in one or more of the following areas:
• Nurse Aide
• Phlebotomy
• Pharmacy Technician
• Dialysis Technician
• Central Sterile Processing
• Direct Care Worker
• EKG Monitoring Technician
• Medical Office Assistant
