The purpose of this numbered memo is to inform Title II funded programs about the release of
the updated 2022 Title II Providers’ Guide and College & Career Readiness Manual. The updated
2022 Title II Providers’ Guide and College & Career Readiness Manual will be available via the
College and Career Readiness webpage. Information contained in The 2022 Title II Providers’
Guide and College & Career Readiness Manual supersedes all previously published manuals,
which include the 2019-2020 Title II Providers’ Guide as well as the 2009 Basic Skills Policy &
Procedures Manual. All Title II and CCR guidance will be provided based upon the information
contained in the updated 2022 Title II Providers’ Guide and College & Career Readiness Manual.
