SUBJECT: Amendment of 1B SBCCC 100.1 – Definitions

On November 18, 2022, the State Board of Community Colleges voted to
amend State Board Code, 1B SBCCC 100.1 – Definitions. This amendment
makes clarifying changes to the definition of “Hybrid Flexible (HyFlex)” as an
approved instruction method.

 

The amendment will be effective December 1, 2022. The new rule will be
published in the North Carolina Community College System’s website,
www.nccommunitycolleges.edu/sbcccode. For your convenience, a copy of the
