SUBJECT: Amendment of 2A SBCCC 300.6 – North Carolina Proprietary School Fee Schedule

On January 20, 2023, the State Board of Community Colleges voted to amend State Board Code, 2A SBCCC 300.6 – North Carolina Proprietary School Fee Schedule. This amendment increases the initial licensing and annual renewal fees for proprietary schools. The Office of Proprietary Schools is solely funded by fees.

 

The amendment will be effective February 1, 2023. The new rule will be published in the North Carolina Community College System’s website, www.nccommunitycolleges.edu/sbcccode. For your convenience, a copy of the code in its final form is attached to this memorandum.
